All orders use Standard USPS Shipping. We ship orders within 2-5 business days after they were placed. All orders placed after 2pm will ship the next business day. We ship all orders from our dedicated warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
If your order has an item with a specific ship date, your entire order will ship once that item is available unless otherwise requested. This date would be on that particular product page.
Domestic orders will arrive 3-6 days after leaving our warehouse. USPS delays can also occur.
All international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive due to delays at customs offices.
Orders placed during a sale or promotion may take longer to process. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays.
Our warehouse operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. We will try our best to return all emails the next day!
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Each of our online packages should have a return form included. We accept exchanges for one year as long as the item has not been washed or worn. We can provide refunds up to 60 days after purchase. Exchanges will be sent via USPS. Allow 5-7 days to process returns and in-stock exchanges. We will let you know if your item is out of stock. Shipping is not refunded unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

If you need a new size, please send your package back to the address below. Once we receive your items, we will ship the new items back to you.

Instructions for Defective or Wrong Items
If your item is defective or we shipped you the wrong product, please email us at email@example.com. We will work out something to send you back a new item, and send you packaging to return the defective or wrong item.
